Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery to most metropolitan areas Australia-wide.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated based on the products purchased and the location of delivery. Please use the shipping calculator at the checkout to get an estimate for shipping costs.

Do you offer in-store collection?
Yes, we offer in-store collection.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule a pickup date and time (during business hours) from our store location in Seven Hills. Collection of items in-store incur no delivery fees.

Do you have a store in Melbourne/Perth/Brisbane?
Unfortunately we do not, our only store is in Sydney. You can still however shop online and have your products delivered to you to locations Australia-wide!
If I saw a product in-store but cannot find it online, how do I purchase it?
If you have seen a product in-store that you wish to purchase that is not offered online, please contact us and a member of our staff would be happy to assist you.

Do you offer warranty?
We offer 3 year structural warranty for furniture frames, and 1 year upholstery warranty on most items. For warranty exclusions and full warranty details please view our warranties page
Do you supply for commercial projects?
